We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your participation in our Gong Workshops, concerts, or other events, please note the following cancellation and refund policy:
- 30 Days or More Before the Event: A full refund will be issued, minus a €50 administrative fee.
- 14 to 29 Days Before the Event: A 50% refund will be provided, minus a €50 administrative fee.
- 7 to 13 Days Before the Event: No refund will be offered. However, you may transfer your ticket to another person by providing us with the new participant’s name and email address at least 48 hours prior to the event.
