Workshop Registration & Participation Guidelines

Registration & Payment


Your place in the workshop is confirmed only once full payment of the workshop fee has been received.

Spaces are limited and are reserved in the order payments are received.


Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing by email.

Cancellation up to 45 days before the workshop :50% of the workshop fee will be refunded.

Cancellation within 45 days of the workshop :The workshop fee is non-refundable.

This policy reflects the substantial planning, venue commitments, and organizational work required well before the event takes place.


Transfer of Your Place

If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your place to another participant.

Please inform us in advance with the name and contact details of the replacement participant so the registration can be updated.


Travel & Accommodation

The workshop fee covers participation in the workshop only.

Travel arrangements, accommodation, meals (unless otherwise specified), and personal expenses are the responsibility of each participant.

Refunds cannot be granted due to illness, travel disruptions, visa issues, personal emergencies, or other circumstances beyond the organizer’s control.

Participants may wish to consider travel or event insurance if they would like coverage for such situations.


Event Changes or Cancellation

If the workshop must be cancelled by the organizer due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund of the workshop fee paid.

However, the organizer cannot be held responsible for travel costs, accommodation bookings, or other personal expenses incurred by participants.

The organizer reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to the workshop schedule or structure if necessary.


Nature of the Workshop

This workshop is an experiential learning environment focused on sound exploration, listening practices, and gong playing techniques.

Experiences may vary from participant to participant, and individual outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Requests for refunds based on personal expectations, subjective experience, teaching style, or workshop content cannot be granted.


Workshop Language

The workshop will be conducted in English.

Participants should feel comfortable following instruction and discussion in English. However, the workshop is largely experiential and sound-based, so perfect language fluency is not required.


Participation & Personal Responsibility

By participating in this workshop, each participant acknowledges responsibility for their own physical, emotional, and mental well-being during the event.

Participants agree to respect their own limits and take breaks when needed.

Sound experiences and deep listening practices may affect individuals differently. Participation in all exercises is voluntary.

The organizer and teachers cannot be held responsible for physical discomfort, emotional responses, or personal outcomes arising during or after the workshop.


Payment Agreement

By registering for the workshop and completing payment, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Payments are considered final according to the cancellation policy stated above.

Participants agree not to initiate payment disputes, chargebacks, or payment reversals for payments that fall within the agreed non-refundable period.

Organizing an international workshop involves extensive preparation, venue commitments, travel coordination, and administrative work well in advance. By registering for this workshop, participants confirm that they have read and agree to the terms.
